  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx (£12.95)
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (for orders over £50)

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.

  2. Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Perfect for larger furniture items or when you’re not in a hurry.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your home styling purchases. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple returns process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cutlery and kitchen accessories that have been unpackaged
  • Personal care items from our Bathroom Furniture collection
  • Opened food preparation equipment
  • Custom-made or special order curtains and curtain poles

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

I understand that I am responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Return shipping address
  • Special instructions if applicable

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please pack your return securely in the original packaging if possible. Include:

  • The completed returns form (will be emailed to you)
  • All original tags and accessories
  • A copy of your order confirmation

Note: We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the new item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

International Returns
