We offer two convenient services:

Yes! We ship worldwide except some remote areas in Asia and other locations. Our international packages feature customs-friendly packaging and clear value declarations to simplify border crossings.

You’ll receive a dispatch notification email with tracking information once your order ships. For Standard Shipping, detailed tracking is available through DHL/FedEx. EMS provides basic tracking for free shipments.

Our couriers will attempt doorstep delivery. For Standard Shipping, you may receive options for rescheduling or pickup. EMS deliveries may be left at local postal offices for collection.

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Furniture returns may have special requirements – please contact us before returning.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
